There is strength in numbers. Why come to one of our large-venue slimming groups. Run at a local Manchester hotel, we have a room set aside for everyone to get to know each other a little. We encourage you to create new friendships and support groups so that, over the next four weeks and beyond, as you follow the programme, you have some assistance, encouragement and someone to cheer when you lose those inches!
